Introductory calls are 20 minutes, either by telephone or video call.
I know reaching out takes courage.
An introductory call is an opportunity for you to briefly share what’s brought you to sessions, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work. I’ll also explain practical details such as session structure, fees, and availability, and check whether I’m the right person to support you.
There’s no obligation to continue after the call. In fact, I recommend that you schedule a few introductory calls to make sure you find the right person for you. It’s simply a chance to make contact, be heard, and decide your next steps at your own pace.
If you’d like to arrange an introductory call, please use the contact form and I’ll be in touch.
Introductory Call
This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and decide whether you’d like to work together. There’s no obligation to book afterwards.
Forms & Scheduling
If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send you everything you need, including a therapy agreement and a registration form. We’ll also schedule and confirm your first session.
Therapy
We’ll meet to explore whatever feels important to you. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding yourself, making sense of your experiences, and helping you move towards the life you want.
Ending
When you feel ready, we’ll bring our work together to a thoughtful close. We’ll reflect on your journey and discuss how you can continue supporting yourself beyond therapy.
